I just joined his RM300 course and 1 on 1 mentorship. So far the experience and knowledge are very pleasant. I don't find it sketchy if the person who is selling the shovel. I see more of his resume because he has been in the industry for all the time, which is real estate and property investing in Malaysia. Nowadays gurus will fad and go and rebrand themselves as the next hot thing. Like the AI Marketing agency guru or whatever.

But so far I can't see that in him. That's my filtering process in my opinion. Also, I believe those who have a lot of skepticism and do not believe in something always get left behind. Look at the Bitcoin example.

Because of ego, pride, and bias, they are built as things should act the way they want in their head. Anything in reality that doesn't match their realism will cause distress, therefore Negatism and Pessism going to come up from their mouth. I guess this is a forum though, not a keynote presentation discussion.
