Bought this jb condo back in 2018 to retire...

Knn. Mana tau got 1 japenis bought 30+ units to be airbnb and another msian 20+ units ..

Knn....Everyday see different ppl check in, gyn, go swimming ... and some party till 2am - 3am.. knn..

Mahai.. pay maintenance almost 1k kena macam ni..

Then during mco the japenis and msian can't pay the loans.. knn units kena lelong.. my unit market value drop ..

Syukur.. now new mgmt banned kaw all airbnb...

if no keycard and claim that they're visitor, guard can call unit to verify

Can arrange for tenant to collect keycard before entering condo? Unless if tenant is driving & the car park entrance is through RFID.

can but life will be hard for airbnb operator

there's a lot of workaround but if guard everyday see new faces with luggage entering an unit, management can just issue fine and block keycard access

And neighbours too. They can simply report management if the guests are noisy or causing scenes in the public areas.
