Hi guys, just curious on the lack of interest for this brand (Mido), as I can't even find an owners tered here.

I read that its Swiss and affiliated with Swatch, but is it actually a brand that enthusiast would stay clear for some reason or another (bad quality, etc)?

From their website its Swiss made and prices seems to be quite affordable for a Swiss but is there hidden catch behind it or something.

nothing wrong with mido watches, just another swiss watch brand under the swatch corp umbrella. people just prefer to buy other stuff at that price point,

do you refering this watch?
if so....
Personally not really feeling it, i would prefer other baroncelli over this skeleton design

1) https://www.midowatches.com/my/baroncelli-s...4071101001.html

2) https://www.midowatches.com/my/baroncelli-h...71101000.html2)

the second watch seems not bad. a bit Bauhaus design

speaking of Bauhaus, want to check out Junghans watch? a proper bauhaus design. thumbsup.gif thumbsup.gif

Ohh thanks for ur reckon, but I am looking for skeleton type design, want a watch to show off but within affordable range. Haha.

Was considering the Baroncelli vs Hamilton's Classic skeleton. A slight cheaper option is Jazzmaster. For Hammie there are plenty of fans on their tered but Mido is very lacking which doesnt give me confidence to their brand despite the Swiss origin. Should I go for a Mido or Hammie?

what about this one, the base dark blue one, 80% open work, contrast enough to tell time

Oh yeah this Jazzmaster skeleton looks good, and the previous version with the face Geneve stripes looks luxurious. Nice recommend!

Trawling the Mido website I found another variant of multifort which is skeletonised, and does looks very similar to that Hammy

This MULTIFORT SKELETON VERTIGO
https://www.midowatches.com/my/multifort-sk...4361106100.html

user posted image similar isnt it user posted image

The Multifort is 42mm diameter vs 40mm for the Hammy but on paper its cheaper by Rm1000. Would the bigger size make a huge difference?
