It is one of the cheaper condos in SJCC and near LRT.

Is it safe?

Investors are advised to actually visit the site of their intended purchase before make decisions lah.

Getting advise thru internet can only get you so far.

It's a very old building at this point so you better check in person if the building can last enough to recoup your upfront cost of investment. Especially since you're "own stay", it depends whether you can tolerate the area or not.

It's in a highly matured area of SS15 and near LRT, but it is aged and old design+lots of traffic around. Since it's been around long enough visiting will give you a better feel of the vibe of the place.

Ok thanks for the feedback
I have visited a few condos. Very tiring to visit many 😂😂😂
Hoping to get more info, but from the feedback here, seems like it is in old and bad condition.

Yea understandable about house hunting, especially for own stay.

Unker house hunt/observe market for over 5 years before finally settled down.

People have very different perception of what suits own stay depending on individual (or family) which is why for own stay recommend to view in person.

Not necessarily the property, but the area around the property itself, get a feel about traveling around the place at different times of day, weekends etc.

Because it'll be your neighborhood, and sometimes no point the unit is good but neighborhood no good, you know?

well- Subang avenue not exactly very old, but for some reason it is very much run down compare to the rest. Subang Residensi is much better condition despite about same age

they have a mall at the ground floor- but it never pick up and sort of like abandoned. The residential it is generally occupied by foreigners

Cheap- Good location- Clean/safe.

3 pick 2 ba.

well- lazy is no execuse- should check through 30-50 unit before deciding. once decide.... not so easy to move.
