I have an Apple Watch SE and I own it since launch day. Until now the battery health is reporting to be 97% but in the real world experience, the battery runtime is getting shorter and shorter. I used to be able to get one and half a day with 20% left, but now the battery is only left with 20% (100% before heading to work) by the time I arrive home in the evening.
