base on personal experience, budget one really cannot last if u sit for long hour, like to lean .....

I learned this trick from one of the ergo guys at my office.

If you are stuck with a cheap plastic chair or any chair, do this every 20 minutes.

1) Look up and away from your laptop and focus on something far away to relax your eyes.
2) Put your feet on either side of your front chair legs, then move your feet back a bit so that you are resting on the balls of your feet. Do this right and your butt will stick out back a bit.
3) Count to 20 and then get back to work.

Buy plastic chair and then seat cushion

I tried buying a rm120 "ergonomic" office chair. It sucked major balls. If you can collect it yourself, I can even give it you.

Just go to 2nd furniture shop.
RM80 can get all kind of amazing chairs

even rm1000 chair can be questionable, let alone rm100-rm150.
at least get ergohuman or its clone.

doubt that 100 to 150 is call ergonomic chair.

IKEA plastic chair quite comfortable

I tried this at amoffice sg buloh. Is not for small size ppl 170cm @ 60kg.
This chair is for ppl who are 85kg and above with averaging height of 180cm.

my height is 174cm, both are fine. doubt that 4cm different will make a differences.

That's low budget, instead of getting a cheap second hand chair, I would recommend sitting on an exercise ball.

At that price, I don't think you can get a decent 2nd hand chair either. A decent office chair goes around 300 and that's budget, very specific models. Nobody will let go a decent chair like that for that price range and by the time someone does, they're desperate to let it go and you won't be happy with the condition they let it go either.
