Just beside the condo, you want to buy it but don't want do the due diligence to check by yourself? You can go there and check by yourself. Last 2 year, there have a lelong, I go there to check, myself do not feel the smelly maybe due to I wear the face ask, but the dump site so messy.

I googled already... The news in 2019 said there was stench smell... But there is no update whether this issue is resolved
