Hi all, will be collecting the new Civic RS by this weekend from Honda dealer, other than checking the car physical state (i.e. visible damages/imperfections) and checking the things in the car work with the engine started, what else do i need to look out for?

thanks for the input/advice/comment. cheers

Yours is low-spec turbo RS or flagship e:hev RS?

Jokes aside. Congrats. Just follow the vehicle delivery form by SA and check it thoroughly. Enjoy your ride.

i suggest open the bonnet and check the engine bay, such as any rusty/loose part ... and also check every corner of your car for any abnormally, if tinted, check is the tinted fit nicely without any scratch.

silver, i booked it at the end of May, they told me at that time it would be 4 to 6 months, so now ultimately it would be 2.5 months. it may be because i know this SA who apparently have very good connections or something. he managed to assign me a car earlier.

yea they are all turbo variant - E, V and RS, just the hybrid version is not but on a bigger engine - but the SA told me hybrid version overall have more power, i didn't go in the details with him. am actually a noob in all this specs. i just needed a new car since my last car started to have issues and i sold it off.

Haha no need to be sorry. But I’m sure can ask around easily on forums. At the end of day I believe shouldn’t be too different across banks since it depends mostly on your credit rating/score
