Let say I plan to paint whole house with only one color. All walls will be painted with light grey (Nippon paint color code Gray Drops OW 1087 P), ceiling will be white color. How can get it nicely painted? Do u think it's better I paint every single wall like highlighted in red except main entrance, balcony and yard, bathrooms? Using the same color in painting house is one way to achieve color continuity.

u wan 1 color for interior then just paint whole house lo. i dont think you can paint different colour for balcony though due to the condo outlook

Painting everything same color quite standard lah, if you are happy to have same color throughout. Developer give you freshly VP unit also usually everything same basic color throughout the whole unit. The color you pick is neutral enough to match most decor.

"Nicely painted" more important is painter put proper primer and paint the paint layers properly.

Bathroom if you want to paint inside needs a paint that can withstand humidity and moisture, if not you'll get mold spots.

Outdoors (outside/balcony area, potentially yard walls if yard isn't fully walled up) you likely not allowed to paint because it will affect facade (see your strata rules).

My ceiling also same colour as wall .
