Hi I have a question. When I try to apply for the better jobs in SG through websites like Indeed or LinkedIn or Jobstreet 95% redirect me to the Singapore government job website (mycareersfuture.gov.sg) which doesn't allow me to register unless I have something called Singpass which is for their citizens and PR's. It's only the lower-pay jobs that allow me to apply directly. So my question is how do I send in the application? Get the company details from the government website and send it directly to HR of that company?

What roles are you aiming to apply for? There's priority system for hiring in Singapore:
1) Citizens first.
2) PR second.
3) If unable to find candidates from above pool, then only open up for EP (Employment Pass).

Means those jobs not for you to apply. After nobody in citizen or pr round apply or successful after xx months only will open up for for others.
Just need keep looking for the ones that are open for foreigners

If it’s a work permit level job, remember there are quotas that companies need to keep to - every work permit holder needs to be supported by x number of Singaporean hires.

Mostly engineering jobs. The options seem limited outside their website sad.gif

You can try applying directly with the company HR / website / LinkedIn.
But Singapore citizens & PRs will be prioritized first for high paying positions.
