Can someone tell me why 3050 lousier than 2060 rtx

I bought rtx 2060 4 years ago and I looked at current gaming laptop fk all 3050 only

then its really sohem
like that why i wanna buy new laptop
i feel like wanna upgrade , because after sohai windows upgrade for me, it got a bit of lag, but then i see the graphysics card all seem like downgrade for me, wtf, 4 years man, technology tak jalan meh
that time i buy 2060 is low to mid range, now low range 3050 after 4 years still lose....
