Understand from the developer, S&P signing will be in earlier of Oct'23 onwards. The showroom will be ready for viewing the end of the October.

Google is your best friend, go to street view and you will have a better idea.

Surrounding wise, it is a matured neighbourhood with plenty of amenities around. Easily accessible to and from Kesas highway while short distance to Besraya highway as well as nearby housing and commercial areas such as Pandan Indah, Pandan Jaya, Taman Pertama and Taman Maluri.

Definitely not from the highway, it is too dangerous.

Entrance will be further up after MPAJ stadium and located after Blue Zone Cafe on the upper hill.
