So my BTU fiber unit keep blinking with the same pattern.

First auth and link stable, then VOIP stable, then all off and only LAN1 to LAN4 stable, then all off and repeat cycle again.

Is this unifi line down or my BTU rosak?

Guys please help, thanks.

Update: Connection returned, but phone line not working, lol, whenever I call the line it will reset Unifi connection, so weird.

I unplugged phone still same.

Update final: Its all ok now, fixed by itself, looks like just TM issue somewhere, lol.

Hope somebody will find this useful one day, if they encounter same symptoms.

Hi guys, thanks for the help, but connection suddenly ok now.

But not completely ok because the unifi phone (voice) line cannot be used, whenever I call the number it will auto reset the connection, so weird. lol

I'll try call Unifi to check, hope its just their voice line issue and not my device rosak.

So many years this device, got sentimental value. haha

Connection ok now, dont know why.

But phone line (voice) not ok, if I call the number it will auto reset the unifi connection, haha.

Even pick up phone will reset unifi, so weird.

Phone will not ring also.

Likely a faulty BTU. Ask TM to replace it for free.

Mine had similar problem before with phone (no dial tone, line busy, no ringing).

Can just try another method, run self-test, they will test on BTU, phone and route in the way.

If the line is keeping on and off, then most likely it's the fibre line got problem. Call a technician to come to your house and check the fibre reading.

Most likely Unifi remote maintenance; occasionally, it sends messages to customers in the affected area through MyUnifi app or SMS via a registered phone number asking them to restart the device after service has been commenced and afterward restored.
