I had play around yesterday, beside free keyboard, the S9 Ultra screen is much brighter and nicer. The S9+ seems a bit dimmer than others, and I already check all brightness at maximum.

Yup, all 3 models of S9 tablet, the Flip 5, Fold 5 and also Watch6 series is available to hands on now at Samsung Store in my area JB.

From EPP, how long it took till delivery?

just submit data to DHL, i think i only receive it by 10-Aug. i think EPP is 1-2 days slower than normal customer.

Sorry i mean how long it took starting from submitted order till delivery? Just want to estimate. Did they follow the stated date given

I ordered since day 1 on the pre-order launching date and its similar to all purchaser in Malaysia, the website stated to be shipped by 18 August 2023. so we are getting early delivery now.

so even you order now, the website still show you, to be shipped by 18 August 2023. any early delivery is a bonus.

rcvd call from samsung store, parcel had arrived and redi for collection.
placed ordered on 31/7.

as my 512GB sdcard havent arrive yet, i put my 128GB first.
did not test much last night... load my ebook from sdcard and enjoy reading.

as usual, samsung device come with tons of bloatware, not gonna lie.
i still login into samsung account even tho not gonna using most of their services.

LumaFusion "installed" buy will prompt you to buy it for RM127.
Goodnotes is a webapp from Chrome.
Clip Studio need license. i read somewhere, our tab should come with 6-12 months "free" usage, but i dont know if that is true.
i install krita to replace clip studio.

S-Pen is superb. way better than my Wacom One tablet. I did not study all the feature yet tho.

speaker is loud, but for my usage, i put it on silent for now.

havent try USB-C to HDMI (dex) and USB-C to 3.5mm jack yet.

my charger unlock samsung "super fast charging". 1 hour screen time only ~5% battery drop.
midnight till dawn on standby, only drop another 2%.

they did not apply the screen protector. will go to SES this weekend for them to apply it.

you can run genshin impact, but you cannot "play" it. the screen is too big and no controller support.


this morning, samsung website still show "out for delivery".
i just went there because DHL said it was delivered.
and normally it should be by 18 august. SES only have demo unit, no unit can buy directly.
all thru preorder until 18 august.
