first i wanna make sure 1 thing 1st before i'm judging or people say i'm judgy
i bought banana fritters from multiple stalls already....this is not a race thing, bought from malay and chinese
but they all have the same problem which i don't know this is a WM thingy or just seller problem
are they all have pulp or seed in them?...i mean is this normal or just specific seller issue?

because i've been eating banana fritters at sabah all my life and it never had seed/pulp inside
so this suddenly became not normal to me laugh.gif

i don't wanna take about the price or the batter yet....just having the pulp/seed inside, it's a huge red flag already

You never eaten pisang goreng in WM that's without seed??

And tried pisang tanduk before? But there's some not nice taste too because the seller use unripe bananas

officially no...not yet
bought from KL, SS2, klang, penang...not once i have eaten banana fritters without seeds yet

and i have no knowledge in pisang at all....u don't really need to in sabah if you're eating banana fritters(people there don't ask)

only had basic knowledge when buying normal bananas(for direct consumptioN) but buying normal bananas in sabah is very simple...it's usually is pisang emas

Can't be Sabah only have 1 type of banana. Maybe you never took notice.

Next time must try pisang goreng tanduk. If you press the pisang goreng it will feel soft, that means it use ripe bananas.
