If above 80% yearly average and not seasonal months then tat is extremely good, I dun think any hotel in KLCC or BB can achieve 80% occupancy rate. Guess for novice me, I need to search harder for above 80% average occupancy rate airbnb condo to invest in.

Airbnb here already struggles with almost no regulatory hurdle. With all the additional costs should make it untenable unless it's a purpose built development.
