Ghosts have identity in movies. Like you know their name and back story.

But in those ghost hunter or documentary or cctv captured or even personal experience, no one knows the identity of these ghosts. They just have categories of these ghosts.

my first encounter with ghost or black shadow figure when i was in my first-year boarding school. form 1 and just admitted...

i slept early that night and suddenly woke up in the middle of the night.. when i want to get back to sleep suddenly there was this strong buzzing sound in my ear. i opened my eyes and i see a black shadow figure with no face sat next to me for a while and then it walks away thru wall. not walking but more like moving/floating.. and then the buzzing sound stop.

they do exist.. nothing can prove they exist until you experience it yourself.

that is called sleep paralysis.

it doesn't explain the figure though.. it might be sleep paralysis in science terms but what i experienced and saw is real to me.

i have experienced it before so i understand what u meant.

it feels real but actually its just the mind playing tricks.

you said yourself you slept early that night. you must be stressed or tired. or sleeping in an unfamilliar place.

had a few of my own encounters
black figure in my room, seriously real and scary
but luckily after the first encounter i know what it is then the subsequent encounters i know how to avoid it already
