marriot usually will give additional benefits from time to time.
last time i stayed at westin desaru, my room was eligible for 2 free breakfast only so i needed to pay for my 4 kids breakfasts. but upon checkout, the staff said it was on the house. no charge for my kids coz i was a member.
when i stayed at JW Marriot Cairo, I arrived late and the restaurants were closed already. i called room service to see if there was anything left and they reheated the ovens just for me.
