Either my eyes are deceiving me or the req is much lower compared to Lost Planet: Extreme Conditions even for a next gen game.

You have to play with a HDMI LCD TV to fully enjoy the next gen console experience without it its like having a Ferrari without wheels. GoW is truly a next gen game however don't know its really "comparable" in quality to those in Lost Planet or not.


Hope they don't "butcher" the graphics just to meet the minimum req.


Im guessing the upper box is requirements for the online LIVE and the lower box for Single player only.

Actually its Wednesday to be specific. The official streetdate for GoW in the US is 6/11/07. In the states their date is one day late compared to here.

Definitely can't wait, hope we can get it this week. Also its official, co-op online is available to all Windows Live Silver and Gold accounts. Grab your chainsaw gun ready people, the Brumak awaits.

Review of GoW for Windows:


GoW PC

There will be no LE version, the LE or CE. A CE version was already was already released on the 360 last year same like how the 360 got the LE version of Lost Planet: Extreme Conditions.


Game is coming out next week so just in time for both Crysis and Gears of War. More than enough to keep your gaming PCs busy.

I don't think TSB is gonna get it or at least not soon enough. I just received word that most of our channel suppliers here will NOT receive the game which is something to do with being a Microsoft game and all that, I think they have to wait for the authorization from our local Microsoft company here for the go signal to sell it. Looks like so far only PCGAME.com.my is selling it, in other word we'll have to wait longer (Next week at least) but games like Crysis from EA the release date remains unchanged.

Till then I gonna to heat up my chainsaw gun ready.

The Xbox 360 gamepad. Feels more natural.
