Got this ubat and already makan sebijik this evening. Is it normal that it makes me gassy and always kentut? Ayam baru lepas berak but instead of keluar tahik, ayam passed gas instead. Not to mentioned that my kentut was so loud that am not surprised if my amoi neighbor living next door to could hear me fart "puuuttt preeeetttt praaaattt"

I take panadol when i get that sebu feeling. Or is sebu heartburn?

why didnt go for intermittent fasting?
my stomach damn easy to feel full because not much acid to melt the food.

It comes and goes since i always eat spicy and used to have alcohol problem.

Ever since i toned down my alcoholism as i am planning to stop it does gets better.

My gastritis comes back yesterday since i ate ultra pedas sambal ulam yesterday loooool.

doctor always give me cimetidine and simethicone combo

this simethicone use to release the gases so you will fart or burppp

but i read pantoprazole or omeprazole is more effective

gastric cant eat spicy food la...can take coffee(dark roast)..sour fruit kenot...tht ubat must take 10-14days coz it repaired the lining of ur perut...

I tried before this one. Got kentut but nothing excessive. Biasa je.

edit: kalau gastric, cepat-cepat minum warm milo without milk. If lucky, will not be full blown attack.

I always take Dimethylpolysiloxane for gassy/fart/cirit

Simethicone and cimetine works immediately but it just mask the symptoms and not cure.

Omeprazole and pantoprazole are highly effective but they don't work immediately but overtime.

I recalled when i had severe gastritis last time it took me like 6 weeks and few packs of pantoprazole to cure it lol.

Is it OTC or need prescription?

Actually my doc said fasting would hurt the stomach.

OTC but similar to Simethicone

yes eating more frequently neutralize acid stomach, but eating less often will let brain send signal to the stomach not to produce much stomach acid because it didn't anticipate food to come soon.

so yeah with fasting, we are training the brain to effectively control stomach acid, eat less=produce less, eat more=produce more. of course if you hardly go into fasting mode then suddenly go fast, the brain will be in shocked dunno what to do because it is out of its norm.

Drink some salt water morning and evening for 3 to 5 days.. stop after that

Then your stomach acid will start to get more..
