Haven't had McD fries, hamburger or ice cream for over 2 yrs now...and i don't miss it. Seen too many peers and cousins with hypertension, obesity, type 2 diabetes etc. I like not having to take any meds.

i believe that once in a long while, is ok to treat yrself to some food that u like (conditions permitting). Once or twice a year I allow myself something like kfc or a ramly burger special. So your infrequent rahmah burger tambah telur is a treat to make yr life a bit brighter Hope your physician has advised you on the diet you need to follow. You are what you eat. May you not need any more meds one day.

there's also oils, the taste of cardboard and whatever was on the fingers on the fries fryer/packager.
