I've used my visa previously to purchase Live point with SG account and SG address but since citibank has issued me a new gold card and the number change so I have to add new payment to the system. This time..what ever method I tried seems failed;

1. Using my credit card billing address except for postcode - failed
2. Using SG adress - failed
3. Using web browser and went to xbox.com and try to add my credit card detail also failed
4. Tried my Mastercard and other visa credit card also failed.

Now i'm clueless but resort my problem by purchase the live point card from PA. Damn, have to wait another 3-4 days from fedex.
