Geotechnical instrumentation services provider Glostrext Bhd has signed an underwriting agreement with M&A Securities Sdn Bhd for its listing on Bursa Mslaysia's ACE Market of Bursa.

Glostrext's initial public offering (IPO) involved the issuance of 105.83 million new shares, representing 26 per cent of Glostrext's enlarged share capital.

Additionally, a placement offer of 16.28 million existing shares will be made to selected investors.
