 Nepalese as tenant

Hey guys, anyone of you have experience renting unit to Nepalese? How are they in overall?

I will be dealing with the company directly though.

Nationality: Nepal
Race: Nepalese
How many people stay: 7 Nepali Guards - Ex army (only 4 guards at one time at home as other 3 guards will be at work)
Family / Friends:
Occupation : Security Guard
When move in: 1/9/2023
Tenancy Period :1 year first

These are the honest people. If ex army hygiene should be good.

They take care of your unit very carefully than local ones

Sometime they don't mind to help you repaint the unit too

At my place the guards that is employed by the company maintaining the security of the condominium stays at the condominium itself..just 5 min walk to their place of work..no issue..

yea, they will be stationed at another condo that will be VP soon, 5 mins walk as well

Simulate worst situation.

What's the damage like after 1 year, how much to refurbish back.

And make sure to collect minimum 3 months deposit.

My family got 2 houses that are rented out almost exclusively to factories/contractors to house their workers for the last 15 yrs.

but then there's no surefire answer in this, my experience is to see their pictures or talk to them, sometimes a person's face can tell you alot of stuff.

thanks guys for the advice, however due to they wanted to move in earlier and my unit is still occupied, so.. deal is off..

anyway, good to know what should i look out for next time if same case happen cheers.gif
