 MAE app never worked to transfer fund

MAE app never worked to transfer fund.

All this while I still using their old M2U app to transfer using mobile device, up until yesterday I realised that they had removed the transfer feature from the old app.

I have to resort using the MAE app, still it never worked for me.

Anyone have the same issue on iPhone?

I have tried;

- Logout and relogin
- restart the device
- reinstalled the app

All the same.

Browser works fine.

Since the app already have my login saved, all I need is just to enter my password then I can straight away do my transaction.

It just matters of convenience.

Finally, managed to identified the cause of the issue.

For Payment Details, MAE app not accepting apostrophes, this was not an issue with the old M2U app.
