1) Ppl praising BRIGHTON board/DoF running the show so when they hire new manager/player will still base on their DNA without needed mass exodus to suit a new style. But when CHE want to do it, fans have no patience.

2) The last i remember nobody was complaining much of the mass exodus of our player last transfer windows, fans are mostly happy that those player are gone.

3) When come to player coming in, base on point 1 above, the vision of the club now is buying potential player and develop. Establish player does not guarantee anything, CUCU, KOULIBALY, LUKAKU even STERLING. ENZO is a good buy. FOFANA, NKUNKU, LAVIA all cannot be rate coz of injury, BADIASHILE was looking good to before injury. We could buy MADDISON an establish EPL player but fans will not be happy because is not a big name and if he flop then is the same blaming the board again but look now he is flying with ANGE ball at TOT.

4) I will say that POCH does not have much say on the last transfer window on player coming in and out because he was also new to the squad/DoF but he definitely aware of the plan of the overhaul. So now he have been given a squad by the club, is his job to try his best to make it work and then by the next transfer window or end of season he should have the idea on area he want to improve and then hopefully work with DoF to get it fix.[/B]

5) POCH have a new squad that did not play together and definitely will lack chemistry compare to ANGE have at TOT. Remember ppl are laughing when ANGE is link to us, but is still to early to say whether he will do good at TOT.

6) So far our football is OK base on the chances we managed to create.

7) JACKSON work on the field is good but as a striker of course he will only judge base on the goal score (he is not a prolific striker to begin with base on his VILLAREAL record) so give him some time hope he will improve. If he become GIROUD kind of striker that make other score will be fine too.

Bro wake up, this is not your Football Manager game. Cant have superstar/top player in all position, GALLAGHER have been decent in all the matches he play so far, nothing fantastic but surely does not deserve all these hate. If u dont like to see him play, u better blame POCH for selecting him in the first place. We have many unsung hero contributing to CHE trophy winning in the past like FERREIRA, GALLAS, MIKEL, AZPI, they may not world best in their role but they contribute to the team and get the job done. Every trophy winning team will have these type of player.

Fans hope POCH can discover another KANE in CHE but academy player like GALLAGHER that only have been at the club for 1 season (not first 11 role) and just starting to be given chance to shine already kena criticize even not doing much wrong and be demanded to be sold. If RICE never leave CHE and have years experience starting for WEST HAM he will not have develop and cost 100m that ARS paid.
