As much as we want poch out, players all back him to stay and we're also seeing a positive pattern here

Fix the defense, give poch what he wants, he likes fast paced defenders who can play up high, currently we don't have any defender who can do that well, silva, badiashile too slow

Fire the medical team and hire better one, fix injury issues

Sign a world class striker, to give jackson some competition

Keep the players that poch want in his team like gallagher etc

Then i think we can challenge top 4 next season
