Musiala left when he was 16.....anyone can leave at the age of 15/16 in any youth setup just need to paid the tribunal fee...its out of Chelsea control, he left because Bayern offer a clear path to the first team. Chelsea did not want to sell him, he just left.

We have alot of right wingers but at the moment Olise is clear of all of them unless Palmer play as a right winger but he more of a number 10.
