max is 7 years IMO...no 10 years record will be kept due to space. Bank Negara follows the Evident Act 1950, where at least 6 years of records should be stored. The additional 1 year is also to comply to Income Tax's requirement. Hence, I presume, that is why, any bank just keeps until 7 years. solidnova liked this post
