When the politics is that unstable, separation the last thing anyone want.
The chaos will not allow them to have a clean separation as nobody could agree to anything regarding policies.
If somehow the newly separated state managed to bumrush through the separation process, it would soon fell down further into turmoil since now there's basically no neutral third party to stop each others.
Then when the minorities inevitably lose, youll get influx of refugees fleeing for safety. Guess who loses here.
Then the majority would have to work harder to get up and running since there will surely be issue in the international stage, mainly making economical ties. Being unstable and borderlining fascist, they better have a pr genius else nobody wants to do business with bullies. Less so when the bully is a fascist kampung bully.
With myanmar close, high chance theyll just have a junta governing them.

Separation would doom the whole region for a long time
Its akin to shoot everyones feet including their own for no benefit to anyone at all.
India particularly will never agree to it when the world will blame it for the clusterfuck later.
