The chaos will not allow them to have a clean separation as nobody could agree to anything regarding policies.
If somehow the newly separated state managed to bumrush through the separation process, it would soon fell down further into turmoil since now there's basically no neutral third party to stop each others.
Then when the minorities inevitably lose, youll get a flux of refugees fleeing for safety. Guess who loses here.
Then the majority would have to work harder to get up and running since there will surely be issue in the international stage, mainly making economical ties. Being unstable and borderlining fascist, they better have a pr genius else nobody wants to do business with bullies.
