Kwasa Damansara location is damn good, but the pricing is okay? For freehold some more?
Any alternatives in that vicinity?

Looks like launch might be nearing, I had indicated my interest a few weeks back and I got a call from the developer's staff yesterday. RM1.3mil for triple storey 20x70 strata leasehold, around 2,400sqft built up. 5 bedrooms + 4 bathrooms. The plot is situated towards Kwasa Sentral MRT side (500m from the station).
