My living room has 28.8 ft x 10.8 ft. Walkaway has 3.4 ft x 13.23 ft. So total is about 350 ft.

May I know how many horse power do I need so that it's sufficient for cooling?

Based on this calculation, u will need 1.5-2hp. but personally i think 1.5hp should be sufficient for a 350sq area. just my 2cents.

2hp is minimum.. need to know are you going to lay copper piping by your own or provided by house developer? is there any open area like staircase where air flow from living room escape to somewhere else.. if you going to install everything from new then it's fine.. if copper piping is there, u need to check with your developer to obtain the specs of piping and get the right AC..

btu is kind of measurement to determine how many horsepower of AC u need to cool down your area/remove heat from your area.. so each AC will show its capacity to cool down area..

you can get lower horsepower no issue, but it take longer time to cool/maybe cant reach your temperature at all.. the reason why need to get appropriate horsepower of AC is to ensure you can get your area cool down as soon as possible & reach the desired/preset temperature.. so it reduce to compressor load (inverter) to achieve savings.. if underpower, compressor keep running to try and achieve your temperature, in the end not cool enough & power consumption is high..

3*8m alr 2hp min
3*9m can do 2hp if not hot else just do 2.5hp else later complain not enough cooling. I reco 2.5hp as I use a 1+1.5 setup
