Anyone successfully reported or know where to report for cars parking illegally on the road which caused major jam issue?

Student's car parking in a long row in front a university whereby the road is suppposed to be a 2 lane but upon student parking only 1 lane left
This caused a long massive jam

University doesn't seem to bother and even put a Rela member to guide traffic that that means nothing as the student's car is parked in a long 2km stretch causing massive jam

It's outside their area, the land doesn't belong to the uni,
The problem is with the students / drivers. Same like all condo owners, not JMB problem, car owners problems. But yeah, unless police can get x% of commission from saman collected, or else nothing much can be done.

And btw, i hope we will have a law that allows police officers to confiscate all illegally parked cars, lelong them and have some kind of profit sharing, like 50% goes to gov, 50% goes to the officers.

uni has a reputation to keep, if they know it is their students, then they have to warn their students about it. they too need to play to mitigate the issue by stating to their studenta, these designated public area is where their students can park and ride some sort of uni provided bus which they can hop on. shame the uni, that is the way.

You are right. However university is a school, their responsibility is to educate the student.

best way is to puncture all 4 tires daily.

Local council doesnt harm much if saman, getting towed are one solution, but when driver are on-site, the situation can get hot in between tower and the driver.
I bet most of the citizen doesnt pay saman, that's why it just dont works.

I will burn the car. Because most insurance coverage does not cover fire. So total loss with no possible claims for the buggers.

Write an official complain email to your ADUN. Official letter must be in bahasa melayu.
After sending email to ADUN ,take that letter go to police station and complain for public obstruction.

To upkeep our citizen driving behaviour, the easiest way is to strict enforcement on two things, which i think very easy to do, but enforcement macam tunggu rezeki je.

1. Disable to renew roadtax when you have atleast 3 pending summons.
2. When caught expired roadtax, must attend court case with heavy fine like using phone.
