hey guys,

I'm interested with this one property and plan buying for own stay, the only thing that worries me would be it's close to Plus highway like 300 meters away.
What concerns me the most would be the dust or air cleanliness considering it's close to highway.

Location wise, it's quite strategic with many facilities nearby. So just wondering if any of you had experience and how do guys deal with it?

if u want to experience it slightly u can go watch iherg prop review on M vertica cheras

he got open window in the unit and M verti is beside highway n toll so the noise is there

but if yours is 300m maybe abit better?

It also depend if there is any vegetation that separate between the highway and your house.
Next if your property above the highway or below?
Then your living style, you open the window or you shut it off and open AC
Finally how sensitive are you to noise...are you a light sleeper...

You can always opt to install double glazing windows/glass to your house to prevent noise. But then again, would you want to stay there for so many years facing both air and noise pollution.

Dude you will be suprise. 2 km away from my house across a highway they built a drift track. Every other day can hear the exhaust and skiddibg going on. Have to close and seal my window baru tone down 3/4 of the sound. High floor can hear and low floor cant hear

Its a direct line of sight too So nothing blocking the track towards my view

Oh man! That's really unexpected.
For me, there is nothing else I can foresee other than the highway itself. The surrounding area are quite developed. But anyway, expect the unexpected.
