Currently conducting a study on Uptown Residence. Couldn’t search for the thread for this development. It’s rather a low dense yet located at a strategic location. Just that the price pad is slightly on the higher side averaging 1.2k/ps….since uptown area has no more land for development that scarcity takes into account. Would highly appreciate your feedback on this development from investment perspective.
