Haha... you're quite sensitive in girl's fashion huh~  Yep, most of them wear short skirt or hot pant but must have legging (the thick stocking is call legging instead  ) + boots or ballet style shoes, on top is mostly long sweater this season~

what happened to cathay? as in cathay pacific? i am going to hk on 25th december by cathay pacific airlines. pls let me know what happened.. and i am still clueless on what to wear during my time in hk.. i plan to wear like simple casual clothing like a plain top and jeans together with either flip flops or ballet flats..am too lazy to dress up there..hehe.. will it be weird?.. pls advise! thanks!

There are several Esprit Outlet in HK, TST got one too, very crowd all the time... I like the one in Tung Chung Citygate Outlet Mall most, fewer people~  and can walk around other brands' outlets as well~

Take MTR to Hong Kong Station, then change to Tung Chung Line to Tung Chung. The Citygate Outlet Mall is just outside the MTR station.

Yes ga... nowadays modern local born HKers tend to raise pet instead of child 'coz child needs more time and effort and money... some surverys said we roughly need HKD4m to raise a child until grown-up, haha~ So my mum has invested HKD8m already, hahaha... XD No la, HK not really over-population, indeed HK gov't does as us to have more babies 'coz the population is aging.. (old population is larger than the young, not enough young working population to support the old retiring population, it's a very big problem)

yeah, but i dun believe the whole island is just flocked with winter clothes, since as stated by you, not very cold only, right?! HKD1000 for a hair? that is freaking ridiculous man. and thanks, will check out the factory outlet store. my mom loves Clarks shoes, she bought one in HK last year and has never seen a similar pair here in KL.

the Cha Charn Teng is a shop itself, or all those shops like Coral and Kim Gary?! too bad need to travel so far off to get in touch with good street food, sigh. small stalls are everywhere though, i've noticed.

now that you mention it... really seldom see kids around the island. now i know why.

HK is used to be more stable and safe than M'sia la.. Afterall it's Chinese dominated society so we are all treated and protected equally~ But living space is far smaller than M'sia lor..

Aii.. my bf is a bit like that too... but luckily he did study some Chinese during primary school so he got to read a bit In Cha Charn Teng is weird lor, when I read and explain the CHINESE menu in CANTONESE to a CHINESE looking guy.. Learn some Chinese la man! Gwai lo are learning Chinese too!! Chinese is getting to be popular in the near future~

Heh, I was out during countdown but I'm safe and warm and high in Coliseum with my friends. Hehehe, jump and scream until voice also hoarse edi. Happy New Year to everyone!! We later went to KTV and party till 6am+... by the time went back to our hostel, so tired. Hehe.

The weather's very nice but when the wind blows, it gets extremely cold. You guys who are going this week - don't buy/bring too many winter clothes. Bring enough for 1 day, then take the train to Argyle Street. There's TONS of very, extremly, absurdly cheap winter clothings. Heheheh, I bought a Veeko coat for HKD200+, the original price tag was HKD1600. Whoot!! Baleno and Bossini also having lotsa very cheap sale. Better buy there le.
