The main reason for fast tire wear in EV is the EV car is probably about 300~400 kg heavier than your regular petrol car. So, rubber has to be sturdier. If use normal tire probably wear out in 1 year+. Since EV car is still new, the tire is expensive + the process/material I believe is expensive too sad.gif
