Wait until some bodywork or internal change is required. You would probably cry at the bill.

Frankly, I don't do this as my tyres are not that expensive (less than RM400 per piece), and the extra mileage gained will not match the cost of the rotation, balancing and alignment work.

Unless during the servicing, the shop is willing to do only rotation without balancing and alignment then I will let them do it in order to balance out the wear and tear of the front and rear tyres. Else I will just change all 4 tyres every 60-80k mileage even though most of the time the rear tyres will still have quite some amount of tread depth left.

some cheaper EV trim uses normal tires right and not specific EV tire, smaller size too so should be way way cheaper. Of course it'll have some drawbacks like louder noiser and worse fuel efficiency but i think should be worth it if so much cheaper

Is not about drag race, EV cars got very instant torque (100% of torque are available once you press the pedal down) high torque will create more traction = friction. Besides from that, heavier EV car weight for similar car segment when compare to like ICE car also increase the tire wear rate (if use normal tires). There are a lot of factors thus why more tire manufacturers came out with dedicated EV tires. Just google/do research about EV tires, want to spoon feed all here meh..
