I think this is something similar. Make shitty movies, take the funding ..no accountability needed. Why we need to give finas funding to any Tom dick Harry movie, when our hospitals are in bad state?

There is a way to game the system.not saying that anyone is doing it ... But... I can think of this.. open sohai business renting or selling movie props..get the movie to exclusively use props from that company only . Say one baju sohai sohai also rm3k rental per day. Then charge into cost of production.

Later claim reimbursement ...baju special deswai 3k per day. But buy from taobao only 30 ringgit. Topkek

Or another way is, rope in sohem friends who can't act for shit, pay them like A list celebrity fee. Then drag out the production as long as possible but everyday turn up to set play game together.... so that u can Show time sheet etc...
Pay them their A list actor fees, and ask them pay u back 50%. If any investigation happen, just show them see Abu hensem came to set everyday so rajin if I don't pay him so much nobody wanna do this job.
