Show house is ready. However not open to public yet as certain people are not happy with certain things.Its going to be an E1 unit, the unit which they will use show house to impress buyers to buy.
Most of the types with good facing ie unblocked views are almost gone.
Why this project?
1. Location ...coming back from work using Publika way almost has no jam on most days except Fridays. Not sure why people are all rushing to get into Solaris. Weekends, my mode of transport is walking. I walk to either Publika or 163 to get my daily needs and i see many people doing the same
2. Brand name is a contributor
3. PSF may be on the high side, but then arent most condos already? Megah Rise for example is already 1000 psf, Desapark city is hitting 1200 psf, Cheras newer ones are touching 900 psf
