I’m always a Mk fans , previously can’t afford . Nowadays the price really very tempting . For older condos like pines palma pelangi , still ok one , kds kiara 1888 , casa kiara 2 .
Recently been observing bj too , condos like km1, the link 2 , the rainz , etc . Bukit jalil demography is getting better . Dilemma , if you have 800k , where will you get . Which more atas ?

If u would like to buy for your own stay, actually depend on which one is more convinience to u or which environment u like more.
Since u already knew well on your own financial background n done with the calculation, the rest is depend on your own "feel".

Different side of KL bro…if you check waze, it takes approx 30min to drive. Hence it depends on where your activities are normally centered around

if your atas means surrounded by angmohs then you know the answer. house price MK beats BJ too

Mont kiara for for international neighbourhood while BJ for local… if you plan to send your children for international school and you work at PJ, Damansara area.. MK is better … if you hope for more greeneries and local life… BJ is better..
For budget around 800k.. still can look for decent size condo in subsale market

Still believe in MK. Prices for those older well maintained condos has hit a sweet spot. I really believe BJ is getting overpriced

Tan, since you've always liked this MK area, personally I would go for it if you can afford now. Would have regrets later in life if not.

BJ actually like any other area nearby it, not as distinguished as MK, and not atas.

Go for the location and the neighborhood, and what you want in life: MK

Bj now not cheaper then mk d bro . You see twin arkz park 2 Km1 . Expensive then a lot of condo in mk , but don’t compare those Mk10,11 la 😅

Yes bro … mk , but won’t regret also later , I don’t think price will increase anymore for d older condos … so many new condos in the vicinity, for sure very competitive… waiting agile to drop 850k … doable I think 😊

I love BJalil but my sis loves MK. If you love activities as much as my sis definitely go for MK coz BJ very small nia, we got everything we need but something else we will go to the city. It’s suburb vs city after all. How do you love to spend your Fri nights your weekends? I think that answers a big part of the question

Why go city ? Sri petaling got all sort of things , if not then pavilion bj if not then mid valley , not that suburb la , but of course mk more happening la
Fri night . Bj got link 2 , pavi , tropika Oomph side to chill , mk got Solaris , publika , 163 etc .
Both also quite decent .

Right, sounds like MK bro.
Eventually you want something else, from Mk you could easily get to bangsar klcc changkat whereas BJ surrounding suburbs are less happening, affluent wise

It’s also cool cafes, restopub hunting etc etc bro, mk offers more options at your doorstep and short distance away, if it’s a balance your seeking then go for bj… for family planning I like to think it as bj but diff strokes for diff folks

that’s just 1 or 2 examples in BJ lol. i stay here, i know how properties are here in BJ. atas wise, MK still takes the cake

There’s always upside. No such thing as prices won’t increase. Old or new condos prices will no longer increase like thegood old days, but there’s definitely upside in the long term. There’s no more land in MK, everyone is building around MK and claiming it to be Mk north etc. Therefore, if you buy old MK or new MK it’s still a piece of MK and in the long term I believe it will go up.

Just don’t expect prices to double anytime soon
