Then I said top up to tambah surname expedia did zero to help, give lots of excuse like cannot change name via their website this and that. After so many phone calls which they seem like outsourced to india ke apa, zero help and customer service. burned 2.2k.
The only way to get them to response is if ur IG and twitter got a lot of fans.
