Bought last minute to CCP land to meet bro Xi

Expedia says can check in up to 23 kg. But their fine print (is at the top) says that the 23 kg is not free. DLLM, not free no need to mention lah.

At the end, need to pay almost CNY 100 / KG, because when exceeded the cebine limit, must check in, and cannot pay only the exceeded weight.

The worst is, they never take my passport when booking. So it is not possible for me to pay additional luggage space nor check in online.

Spoke to airport counter staff, they said many ppl kena this scam already.

Why not buying through official airline website?

Suggest to get direct from airlines... Coz if got any issue, Easier to deal with. If buy from agent, need to go through the agent if got issue.

They refuse me flight because ticket no surname (which was my fault) but there was no prompt page to remind u to double check ur name. Then I said top up to tambah surname expedia did zero to help, give lots of excuse like cannot change name via their website this and that. After so many phone calls which they seem like outsourced to india ke apa, zero help and customer service. burned 2.2k.
The only way to get them to response is if ur IG and twitter got a lot of fans.

I only use booking and Agoda

2 days before the trip, my booking get cancel cause cc bounce. And lel wow wtf? Only email notification and see my booking cancel on the day
