Hi all,

There are two stray cats I found in neighborhood.

One is only neutered, but the other is both neutered and devocalized. I understand neutering but having being both neutered and devocalized is too much and unnecessary. Performing both surgeries for stray cats, is it normal and frequently practiced?

I know they are neutered because one ear is slightly cut.

Here Johor Bahru. I am staying in a gated & guarded community.

Actually I feed the devocalized cat daily. She also has a deformed tail but is pretty healthy fortunately.

Devocalize is another cost and no purpose at all, highly doubt they will do this operation .
