You can go check out the other MH development nearby for their build quality etc. Good thing is they have many businesses in Setapak and they focuses on their home base.

The psf is around RM520 for 2 bed 2bath. Is it a good buy?

Not sure abt the past build quality? Any sifu or pv owner can share tips?

For that price, I honestly feel it's actually quite good d in today's standard.

Build quality wise, I can say PV is solid. Though this is a Ming Heng project ya but they have built quite a few here which is quite okay. This being their home base also mean they will put more tender care to it 😂💪

Only one thing is in terms of parking, due to lack of space, their design is likely the spiral kind and you would hate the time taken to reach your parking if it's for your own stay. I highly recommend get those units with 2 car parks and high floor units

It comes with speed ramp. But nearby need to drive to get food and grocery I think.

If with speed ramp then good, no need to turn so much to reach your parking lot.

It seem lately PV started to adopt speed ramp into their carpark, even pv22 also got speed ramp

Plenty of food and grocery if you walk over to Platz or KL Traders Square. Night time opposite full of Malay food as well
