 Got a lawyer letter Notice to Vacate

Hi guys, need some urgent advice. Got a lawyer letter 'Notice of Termination of License and Notice to Vacate' for my sovo unit which is still under a loan. I have been late 2-3 months on my loan. sad.gif

Have called the bank and they said they'll get their collection department to call me back. But there's a part of the letter that's freaking me out. "You are now required to hand over to our client vacant possession of the said property within seven days from the date of thereof"

Question is, is this letter the final say? Can I still make some payment towards the loan so the property is not repossesed by the bank? Any input by those that have gone through this appreciated.

Hopefully that's the case. cry.gif But I think can only pay 1 or 2 months first, am unable to pay off all yet.

I thought lelong doesn't reveal the address? How do you find out if it's on lelong already?

Yeah, they would have. Anyways, have gotten in touch with the bank. Turns out my flexi loan account was disconnected from my savings account which usually auto transfers to it when I bank in. So when it got over 3 months, it triggered the bank's legal action. Am currently slowly banking in back the balance amounts.
