Depends. If the appointment is 10-11am, need to leave by 9am latest.

For returning home, need to be on the NKVE by 4pm. If already 5-6pm, don't bother leaving. I usually hang out at 3 Damansara for dinner and coffee whenever on the way back from KL.

Don't bother going back early because the jam starts at BSP toll from NKVE or SKVE. Easily over 30+ mins. During the puasa month, I was stuck for nearly an hour.

Jam, toll and petrol still cheaper than KLCC condo loan. Just plan the daily route properly.
