If you are going to play at night, depends on the time. Be respectful on the time like don't do it over 9-10pm. There's digital piano like Yamaha clp series got all the good touch keys. And u can adjust the volume. Can use earphone plug into it. Acoustic Piano can be quite loud depending how hard u press or the type of songs. If u play good music I am sure your neighbor will enjoy it.
