It continued until 2020s but when downhill recently.

There's no engagement with foreign people(no reaction videos, interviews woth artists and so on.) comparing with other Asia based film industry.

Their trailer viewcounts in Youtube also too low.

For example:



A Guilty Conscience (Highest Grossing HK 2023) only got ciput 80k views.



Wandering Earth (6th grossed movie of the 2023) only got closer to 927 K views



Jackie Chan's Ride On trailer. Sadly 3 million views. Jackie is more popular than SRK worldwide.

If I compared those to Korean and Indian movie trailers these are too low.

Any Ktard who well versed with Chinese Film Industry can please explain?

Glory days got 4 Godfathers of cantopop. Today only got ftards like Anson Lo Hins Cheung Terence Law and some other unknown gawd knows what forsaken names they are.

My cantopop spotify lists still rings 80s and 90s only. Same with malaya pop 80s and 90s with super subgenre of rock kapak.
